The Cormorant, previously known as the AirMule, is a ducted-fan vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) unmanned aircraft system designed for front-line resupply and medical evacuation missions. While it is a new design, the air vehicle utilizes proven helicopter components in its construction.
Developed by Urban Aeronautics in Israel, the Cormorant project is now the responsibility of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Tactical Robotics.
