These craft were placed in service between 1961 and 1963. Two additional boats, V-107 and V-108, were transferred to the Fisheries Administration in 1971 and given the names SABAQ EL BAHR (T-2 ) and JAOUEL EL BAHR (T-3). The latter was subsequently lost on July 7, 1989.

All six boats are active.
