The S-Cube is a sonar system designed for diesel submarines. It is an evolution of the TSM 2233 series utilizing the core capabilities of the sonar systems fitted on British and French nuclear submarines.
The modular S-Cube system consists of a passive bow cylindrical array; passive flank array; Velox M8 intercept array; an active array operating either in the BF or HF bandwidth, passive ranging arrays; and a self-noise monitoring system.
