AN/SQQ-89

The AN/SQQ-89 series is the first integrated anti-submarine warfare (ASW) combat system for surface ships, combining sensors and weapons control systems with sophisticated data processing and display.

Popularly referred to as the "Squeak 89," the system correlates and manages acoustic sensor input from hull-mounted sonar and towed array to provide track data to the ship's combat direction center.
