The Pilot (Philips Indetectable Low-Output Transceiver) is a low-probability-of-intercept (LPI) radar for navigation and detection tasks. It can be fitted to a variety of vessels, including coast guard, patrol boats, fast-attack craft, frigates and submarines. It can also be used to provide coastal and harbor surveillance.
