Muff Cob** or MR-103 Bars (Wildcat ), the latter its Russian designation, is a naval fire-control radar for twin 57-mm L/70 or the AK-725-MR-103 gun mounts.
Unlike the Drum Tilt** radar, which is fixed in elevation, Muff Cob can be elevated. Attached to the mounting is a cylinder that houses a television camera.
Initial operational capability (IOC) was attained in 1962 with the POTI** class of Soviet patrol craft.
