The Drum Tilt** is a naval fire-control radar associated with the AK-230 30-mm anti-aircraft (AA) twin guns. The drum-shaped plastic radome is tilted about 25 degrees above the horizontal and houses a circular parabolic dish.
Initial operational capability (IOC) was attained in 1961. The radar remains in service.
