JY-9 Wall Eye

The JY-9 Wall Eye is a mobile, low-altitude search radar used for air and coastal defense. It is mounted in a single air-, rail- or sea-transportable shelter with separate power trailer,and has a set-up/take-down time of about 20 minutes with a crew of four. The mechanically scanned antenna assembly is also available in a static configuration mounted on a 39-ft (12-m) tower.
