The Vicon 70 Series 33 system is an infrared (IR) jammer intended for use with a wide variety of fixed-wing aircraft.
The pod-mounted system's main component is the Sanders Associates' infrared countermeasures (IRCM) self-defense unit. A transmitter, electronic control unit (ECU), operator control unit (OCU) and power system make up each pod.
Vicon 70 can be mounted on the aircraft fuselage or pylon using standard NATO 14-in and 30-in (350-mm and 760-mm) mounting centers. ...
