The SPS-65(V) is an aircraft protection system for helicopters that can identify and process radar and laser emissions for potential countermeasures.
The processor includes a reprogrammable threat library. Flare/chaff subsystems are optional.
The system includes the SPS-20 radar warning system, SRS-25 receiving system and LWS-20 laser warning system (see separate entry).
