Spirale is an airborne chaff- and flare-dispensing device similar to Sycomor. It was developed for use on Mirage 2000 combat aircraft. Infrared (IR) receivers and dispensers are design-integrated into aircraft fuselages so that two cartridge dispensers are located at each wing tip.
Total capacity per aircraft is 16 IR or EO cartridges and 112 electromagnetic packs.
