The RA1794 is a ruggedized tactical communications receiver designed to work with a variety of other electronic warfare (EW) equipment. It provides input to devices such as signal analyzers, decrypting equipment and modems.
Production ended in 1999. This system was last reported in service with a number of countries, including NATO members, in Jane's Military Communicationsin an article dated April 24, 2003.
