The Murmansk-BN is a Russian electronic warfare (EW) system designed to disrupt communications in the high frequency (HF) radio band (3 MHz to 30 MHz). It is optimized to target the U.S. HF Global Communications System (HFGCS). It is designed to interfere with tactical, operational and strategic communications.
