Fast Jam was a helicopter-mounted jamming system with look-through capability. It operated over the VHF/UHF frequencies and has optional HF-band coverage.

The system had high-speed and intercept capability as well as multiple frequency-jamming capability. Fast Jam was designed for single-user operation. Its look-through function allowed an adaptive jam/receive time management, permitting simultaneous search and jamming operations.
