The ELT/457-ELT/460 series of noise jammer pods were used in attack aircraft at speeds up to Mach 1.1 at sea level and Mach 1.5 at altitude.
All four pods were similar in size, but operated in different frequency bands. A ram-air turbine in the nose generated power.
