The AGTELIS (automatic ground transportable emitter location and identification system) is a direction-finding system composed of three outstation sensor units and a control processor unit, each housed in a 2 1/2-ton truck. It uses time of arrival and direction of arrival to achieve accuracy in dir ection finding to one degree RMS with a 30-meter (98.4-ft) circular error probability at a range of 230 kilometers (142.9 miles).
