This combat jamming and communications support (COJACS) system is vehicle-mounted for fast deployment and mobility.
In addition to communications jamming, the AT-4910 can operate as a radio station with 400 watts output, and also as a two-way radio relay. (A Foreign Broadcast Information Services (FBIS) report dated March 1986 said this was a one-way relay system.)
