The Radar a Balyage Electronique 2 Plans (RBE2, two-axis electronic scanning radar) is a multi-function/multimode radar for the Rafale interceptor and strike fighter. The RBE2 active electronically scanned array radar entered service with the French air force in 2013 and the navy in 2014 (see "Variants," below, for more information).
