The Flash Dance** (SBI-16 Zaslon) is the fire-control radar installed in the MiG-31 Foxhound ** fighter. It is a pulse-Doppler, phased-array radar that electronically steers a beam in both azimuth and elevation.

The radar boasts true look-up and look-down/shoot-down capability, even in heavy electronic countermeasures (ECM). The system can track up to 10 targets simultaneously, classify them according to priority and target four of them.
