The AN/APG-83 Scalable Agile Beam Radar (SABR) is a full-performance active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar. It was initially designed for integration with the F-16 fighter, but can also be scaled to fit other platforms and mission roles. The system is intended to be cheaper than existing AESA fire-control radars, according to Northrop Grumman.
