The AN/ALR-46 is an aircraft radar warning receiver (RWR) that can simultaneously identify and analyze as many as 16 enemy emitters. Once the system processes the emitters in priority order, it can then feed data to a jammer, anti-missile seeker or a data collector system.
There are two versions of the ALR-46: the (V)3 with a digital processor and the (V)6 with an analog processor.
