The AGM-129 Advanced Cruise Missile (ACM) was a low-observable ("stealth") missile intended for launching by strategic bomber aircraft. It was designed to attack heavily defended sites. The ACM used both composite materials and design characteristics to lessen its radar signature. It was planned as a replacement to the AGM-86 . (The AGM-129 was officially retired in 2012.)
