Phosgene (CG) pulmonary/choking agent

CG is a colorless vapor at normal temperatures. During periods of high humidity, phosgene may take on a whitish color due to partial hydrolysis. It has a slight odor of rotten fruit, new-mown hay, grass or green corn. It is used as a delayed-action, casualty agent. Phosgene gas is heavier than air, so it would be likely found in low-lying areas.
