The Baeksangeo (Korean for "White Shark") is an electrically powered heavyweight torpedo in service with the South Korean navy. It is intended for use by submarines against surface vessels and other subs.

The White Shark is reportedly based on NT-37 torpedo technology.

The torpedo uses a low-noise acoustic array, strapdown inertial navigation system (INS) and a high-efficiency/low-noise propulsion system, featuring a zinc-silver oxide battery, driving a shrouded pumpjet propulsor....
