The AGM-88 High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) was developed as a replacement for the AGM-45 Shrike and AGM-78 Standard anti-radiation missiles (ARM). It is an expensive missile, but one with a broad capability against ground-based and ship-based radars.
