The Dong Feng 5 (East Wind, DF-5) is a Chinese intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). It was designated the CSS-4 by Western analysts. The missile is capable of hitting targets in Europe and the western United States. The improved DF-5A can hit all of the continental United States (CONUS).
