The SAKR (Hawk ) factory in Egypt has produced two types of 122-mm multiple rocket launcher (MRL) systems using a reverse-engineered Soviet BM-21 122-mm rocket.

The SAKR 18 comes in either a 21- or 40-round configuration and fires an anti-personnel warhead containing 77 bomblets or an anti-tank warhead with four anti-tank mines. It utilizes the 122-mm SAKR-10 rocket and is launched by the PRL-11 launcher.
