The Ure tactical surface-to-surface missile, also known as the Korean Tactical Surface-to-Surface Missile (KTSSM), is a short-range weapon developed by the South Korean Agency for Defense Development (ADD) and Hanwha Group through the “Lightning Project,” which focused on countering North Korean artillery. It is comparable to the the U.S. MGM-140 Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS).
