Katyusha rocket

Country of Origin: Russia, Iran

The term Katyusha has been referred to generically for a multitude of Russian multiple rocket launchers (MRLs). These include the older BM-13, BM-8 and, primarily used during WWII, and the newer BM-21. Today, Katyusha also applies to post-Soviet truck-mounted equipment and non-Soviet (MRLs) such as those made by Iran.

Many modern Katyusha rockets are often mounted on Japanese-made Isuzo trucks.
