The Kassam is a small, man-portable rocket launched from a tripod supporting a simple rail launch guide. Mounting a small warhead on the tip of the rocket, the Kassam is a simple rocket with a large cylinder body and four small stabilizing wings. The middle section contains the rocket engine. The w arhead consists of a detonating fuse with standard or improvised explosive press material. The rocket is made of iron.
