The largest air-to-surface missile in the Russian inventory, the aging AS-3 Kangaroo (Russian designation Kh-20) was available in small numbers to the Russian air force. It was designed to attack soft strategic targets. The AS-3 wasessentially a swept-wing Su-7 Fitter equipped as a drone aircraft without a cockpit or flight controls.
