The AS-15 Kent (Russian: Kh-55) is a transonic air-launched long-range cruise missile similar in concept and mission to the U.S. AGM-86 air-launched cruise missile (ALCM). It shares similar aerial platform characteristics with the AS-4 Kitchen missile.
In appearance, the Kent resembles the U.S. BGM-109 Tomahawk series. It has a torpedo-shaped body, pop-out unswept wings and tail group and probably a dorsal engine intake.
