The RPG-75 was a disposable weapon system that was used against armored vehicles, fortifications and bunkers. It fired a 68-mm high-explosive anti-tank (HEAT) warhead that could penetrate armor up to 12 in (300 mm) thick.
It was designed for single use with permanently charged cumulative shot inside the barrel. The barrel had a smooth bore. The weapon was fitted with a leaf sight.
