The AT-16 (9M120M Vikhr-M) is a medium-range, laser-guided, air-to-surface anti-tank missile. The missile was originally thought to be a variant of the AT-12, but with an increased range due to a longer rocket motor. The Vikhr-M is tube-launched and reportedly has a dual boost and sustainer propulsion system that can thrust the missile to supersonic speeds.
The missile can be fitted to the Ka-50 Hokum (Black Shark), Mi-24 Hind, Mi-28 Havoc and Ka-52 Hokum B (Alligator) helicopters...
