The Medvedka is a Russian anti-submarine missile, similar to the U.S. ASROC. It uses an unguided rocket to deliver a lightweight homing torpedo near its target.
The system is designed to serve on naval platforms displacing at least 390 tons (350 metric tons). It is said to be operational in conditions up to Sea State 6.
