The CSS-C-3 Seersucker is a mid-range air-, ground- and ship-launched cruise missile developed on the basis of the CSS-C-2 Silkworm (see separate record). CSS-C-3 is the Western designation for the ground-launched version, called the Hai Ying-2 (Sea Eagle-2) in Chinese service.
