The CAS-1 (designated as Kraken in the West and also known as the C-601 and YJ-6 in Chinese service) is an air-launched, anti-ship missile that resembles the Fei Lung 1 (a variant of the CSS-N-2 Silkworm). The design is probably based on the Soviet SS-N-2C Styx.
With a somewhat thicker fuselage than the Fei Lung 1, the Kraken has two clipped-tip delta-wings at midlength and triform rudder and tailfins at the rear. It has inertial midcourse guidance augmented by a Doppler radar....
