The AS-16 Kickback (Russian Kh-15P/S) is a short-range attack missile very similar to the U.S. AGM-69 SRAM (short-range attack missile).
The missile is said to resemble the AGM-69 with a vertical fin and two tail-planes at the rear.
Twenty-four Kickbacks can be carried in the two rotary launchers of a Blackjack bomber as an alternative to six AS-15 Kents. Ten can also be deployed on the Tu-22M Backfire, four on the wings and six in a single rotary launcher.
