The Ra'ad (Thunder) is an Iranian development of the Chinese CSS-C-3 Seersucker missile, which is itself a development of the CSS-C-2 Silkworm. The missile is said to be capable of low-altitude flight while evading radar jamming and resisting electronic countermeasures.
