The AS-11 Kilter (Russian Kh-58) is an anti-radar missile apparently developed from the AS-9 Kyle. It is also said to have been inspired by the British-French Matra Martel series of missiles.
The missile is designed to engage radars at standoff ranges, including those with changeable parameters and operating in intermittent modes.
