The SA-N-4 Gecko (Russian: Osa-M, Osa-2M and Osa-MA systems) is a Russian short-range, surface-to-air missile system for shipboard point defense.
The SA-8 Gecko (see separate record) was developed at approximately the same time, although most experts believe SA-N-4 was operational first.
The missile is a long cylinder with an ogival nose. It has small steerable cruciform foreplanes and cruciform cropped delta tailfins.
