M9 Armored Combat Earthmover (ACE)

The M9 Armored Combat Earthmover (ACE) is a full-tracked, relatively fast armored earthmover capable of constructing weapons positions, building or clearing obstacles, and recovering other vehicles in combat areas.

It is a combination of a bulldozer and a front-end loader, with the blade forming the front of a large "bowl" when it is lowered. The top corners of the dozer blade are mounted on heavy arms that lower the blade for dozing, and raise it to expose the bowl for loading....
