description
Built onto the back of a modified MLRS carrier, the M4 Command and Control Vehicle (C2V) was designed to replace the M577 command vehicle in some units of the U.S. Army.
It was equipped with an NBC overpressure system, 10-meter telescopic mast that took only 30 seconds to deploy or retract, a 600-horsepower engine and advanced command and control equipment.
It could also be re-configured to serve as an artillery or air defense control vehicle with simple software changes.
