The Wiesel 2 is a multipurpose, light armored air-transportable vehicle designed by MaK of Germany based on the original Wiesel 1 (see separate record). The Wiesel 2 is designed to carry out a wider range of missions compared to the Wiesel 1, which is primarily a weapons carrier.
