The Multipurpose Armored Platform has been developed by Jordan's King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau (KADDB) with assistance from the Mechanology Design Bureau in South Africa.
The vehicle is based on surplus Jordanian army Tariq (Centurion) tank chassis. The manufacturer says the design could be adopted for other tracked platforms.
