Lynx infantry fighting vehicle

The Lynx is a family of tracked infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) developed by Rheinmetall. It is intended for missions such as command and control; armored reconnaissance; repair and recovery; and armored ambulance. A wheeled variant has also been proposed.

There were two initial variants, the KF31 and KF41 (KF stands for Kettenfahrzeug, or tracked vehicle in German). The KF31 has a maximum weight of 38 metric tons and accommodates a crew of three plus six soldiers. The KF41 is...
