The Foxhound is a lightweight armored vehicle created by Force Protection for the UK's Light Protected Patrol Vehicle (LPPV) program. Initially named "Ocelot" by Force Protection, the UK Ministry of Defense officially designated it as the Foxhound. The vehicle was designed to replace the U.K.'s fleet of Snatch Land Rover.
