The Nachstbereichs-Schutzsystem (NBS) (very short-range protection system) MANTIS (modular, automatic and network-capable targeting and interception system) is a stationary counter rocket, artillery and mortar (C-RAM) system developed for the German armed forces. The system forms part of the SysFla (System Flugabwehr, or air defense system) program, along with the LFK-NG very short-range air defense (VSHORAD) missile.
