The AH4 is a lightweight 155-mm towed howitzer said to be similar to the BAE Systems M777 weapon. It is reportedly made from aluminum and titanium to keep its weight down to 4 tons. About 20 percent of the howitzer's weight is titanium.
The AH4 can be deployed in a firing position within three minutes and made ready to be moved in two minutes. It can be towed by a 4 x 4 or 6 x 6 vehcile.
