The Non-Line-of-Sight Mortar (NLOS-M) was a short- to medium-range indirect fire support component of the now-defunct Future Combat System's (FCS) manned ground vehicle (MGV) program. The vehicle was to be built to maximize commonality with the NLOS-Cannon chassis and mission equipment to minimize maintenance and logistics. The system would give mortar crews protection from enemy fire and allow them to deliver fires quickly and accurately.
